As a professional hairdresser, I work with many types of hair but also specialise in working with curly hair.

Cutting is done curl by curl on dry hair, to allow the curl shape to sit naturally, as hair doesn't always curl evenly if it's cut in the same way as straight hair. Otherwise, curly hair will often end up uneven once it's dry. Cutting curly hair in its natural dry state allows for each individual curl to help form the shape of the haircut, without trying to force it to curl up more or relax to fit the style.

This style of cutting also allows me to remove or add weight to the haircut in a bespoke way to each individual’s unique and beautiful curls.
